- Accuracy is key! When the police arrive ensure that the information you’re providing is based on facts and not speculation.
- Take pictures of the damages both vehicles sustained and any visible injuries on you.
6. Exchange information with the other driver; be sure to collect their name, address, phone number and insurance information.
7. Report the accident to your insurance company and find out if you have medical benefits associated with your coverage.
