Hicks, DC<\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Hicks is one of the founding owners and is Chief of Operations of Allied Medical Centers. He is a 1999 graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. He completed a one-year residency at the Spine Neurosurgical and Rehabilitation Center in 2000.<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association. He has served as a Board Member for the National Chronic Pain Society. Dr. Hicks has completed numerous postgraduate training courses with a focus on rehabilitation, occupational medicine, and evidence based physical medicine. He has completed advanced training in the use of the Third and Fourth Edition of the AMA Guides. He has successfully completed the (TRSAT) Texas Impairment Ratings Skills Assessment Test.
